Shipping Process/Policy
At the moment we only service Australia, USA (all states except California), New Zealand and Canada
Standard stock-on-hand orders will be processed within 1-5 business days and dispatched to Australia Post. Items that are printed to order through our printing partners will have processing times that apply. Processing times refer to the time in which it takes to prepare the item prior to shipping. These processing times can vary but we do aim to have the item ready for shipping within 2-7 business days. If there are unusual processing delays, you will be contacted via email as soon as possible. Items on the website will display whether they are items that are stock-on-hand items or items where the order is sent directly to out printing partners.
Tracking
Where tracked shipping is used, you will be provided via email with a tracking number. Australian orders are sent as a regular tracked parcel with Australia Post. International shipping providers vary. Tracking numbers are sent to you by email once your item has been dispatched. Delivery times are provided as an estimate only.
Shipping Times
Shipping times depend on a variety of factors including destination. Once your order has been shipped allow 5-14 days for regional orders and for international orders deliveries can take longer and up to 28 business days. Allow extra time during peak/holiday times, delays can also happen during bad weather and Covid-19 restrictions. Unfortunately, once orders have been dispatched the time it takes to get to you is out of our control. We recommend getting in early and making sure that you have enough time for the item to get to you before it is needed to avoid disappointment.
Shipping Prices
Australian Domestic:
Australian orders will be charged a standard $9.95 AUD shipping rate and will have a tracking number provided. Orders over the amount of $100 AUD will have free shipping and a tracking number will be provided.
International:
International standard shipping on items that are stock-on-hand items by Tarina Marcinkowski (Tarina M Designs) do not include tracking. Please contact us prior to purchasing if you require tracking for a quote. For the United States, Canada, and New Zealand postage will be charged as a standard $9.95 AUD on all orders.

Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers/customers/purchasers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for any delays that may occur due to customs.
Lost Items:
Unfortunately, sometimes a parcel may be lost or stolen before it gets to you. This is part of the risk in shipping.If you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, I recommend checking the Australia Post website with your tracking number. The package could be taking longer than expected to arrive.

As per Australia Post instructions (current at 17/12/21), they recommend the customer contact them directly.
For all other deliveries, please get in touch if the:
· Domestic item hasn't arrived within 15 business days of the expected delivery date.
· International Courier or Express item hasn’t arrived within 1 business day of the estimated delivery time
· International Standard item hasn't arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery time
· International Economy or Airmail item hasn't arrived within 3 months of posting 
· Registered Post International item hasn't arrived within 25 business days of posting

If Australia Post advises the parcel has been delivered (left in a safe location), Tarina Marcinkowski (Tarina M Designs) may request that you make a police report for an item being stolen from your property, prior to any further negotiations regarding replacement or refund.
