Refund/Returns Policy

 

Although we typically do not accept returns or exchanges, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Please contact us at info@tarinamarcinkowski.com with any questions or concerns. Proof of purchase for any refund or exchange is required. Refunds or exchanges are not given for change of mind.

All care is taken to ensure that your purchases are adequately and securely packed for shipping.  If an item arrives to you broken, damaged, or not what you ordered please take a photograph of the item and its packaging to provide to us. This is to substantiate your claim.  Please contact me immediately upon receiving any damaged item/s so that I can make arrangements to replace or refund your item. There will be no action on any refunds, returns, or exchanges if a complaint is received after 14 days from the purchase date within an order purchased from Australia and New Zealand or 30 days for an order that was purchased from the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, or Rest of World.

Please note that items that are discounted/on sale cannot be refunded or exchanged. We ask that you please choose carefully and read all information on the product description before purchasing. 

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Custom or personalised orders and digital downloads.
